Dandi only hires registered nurses (and nurse practitioners) with fertility clinic experience, because we believe you deserve experienced and specialized hands.

There is a fair amount of variation in fertility protocols, as well as unpredictability as your doctor may adjust medications, dosages, and timing based on your latest lab results. We've found it makes a difference to have someone in your corner who has deep experience in this space.

Of course! It can be hard to show up for a loved one, friend or co-worker going through fertility struggles, and Dandi Care is a meaningful way to provide them with something that's built for exactly what they’re going through. It's also an amazing way to support a surrogate, that gives you the peace of mind they are injecting correctly with medically credible support!

Dandi nurses are highly experienced in all fertility protocols, from stims to trigger night to progesterone in oil injections and beyond. They come to your house, mix medications for you, inject medications for you, and can also train a partner and provide tips for a more comfortable injection experience. 

From the meno-burn (iykyk) to progesterone knots, we've seen it all and are here to make this journey easier.

Yes. We offer care through a team of fertility nurses, all of whom have Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) licenses/certifications. Our nurses aren’t just “trained in fertility”, they have all worked in fertility clinics, so they know the medications inside and out and understand how to support patients along the clinical journey.

Most fertility coaches have been through fertility struggles, but are not licensed medical professionals. Therefore, they do not have the expertise to support many facets of the fertility journey. While there are many excellent coaches out there, our philosophy is to provide care that relies on medical professionals and licensed experts. 

Yes, a Dandi session is a thoughtful way to show somebody you care. If you've purchased a virtual session for a friend, family member, or surrogate, simply reach out to injections@dandifertility.com when you're ready to transfer the account to the intended recipient. All we need is their email address to get them set up on our booking platform.

Yes, but we recommend getting a doctor’s prescription or letter of medical necessity which will help to ensure your plan administrator provides reimbursement.

This 30% savings refers to the money you save by purchasing eligible products using your tax-advantaged FSA/HSA dollars, relative to using non-FSA/HSA dollars which are fully taxed. This language does not imply any additional discount is provided by Dandi at checkout. 

Not at all. Dandi’s virtual care is intended to be complementary to your medical protocols, helping you to navigate the difficult journey with more support, guidance and personalized care. We do not replace your fertility doctor, but rather support in all the moments where care is needed outside of the clinic.

To start, we are focused on providing you with a more supported and reassured injection experience. From medication unboxing and preparation to make sure you’re ready for your first night of injections, to live guidance to walk you through your injections in real time, we’re here every step of the way.

We also offer fertility consultations, for general coaching, guidance and support across many facets of your fertility journey. Over time, Dandi Care will be expanding into many more areas of care

Our products and services can be purchased separately, or together, but we’re designed to create a unified care experience. Pairing our IVF Care Kit with virtual injection support can provide the physical comfort, practical guidance and emotional peace-of-mind that every patient deserves.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. When you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, you will have the option to reschedule for a more convenient time or receive an account credit which can be used to rebook at a future date. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer refunds. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time or fail to show up, the appointment credit and ability to reschedule will be forfeited.

 From first hand struggles and listening to hundreds of patients, we realized how difficult the IVF injection process was. We looked for products to create a more comfortable and empowering treatment process, but they did not exist. So we created them.

Our products do not interfere with the medical protocols being prescribed by your doctor, so approval is not necessary. In fact, we spent over 2 years developing the Dandi kit in partnership with leading fertility doctors. 

That said, you should absolutely consult with your doctor or care team if it feels right for you!

Yes, the Dandi IVF Care Kit was designed with every step of the injection process in mind. Whether you are going through subcutaneous injections for an egg retrieval, intramuscular injections for an embryo transfer, or plan to do both, the Dandi IVF Care Kit is here to support you throughout.

We designed the belt to be as inclusive as possible with a one-size-fits all approach. We’ve also included an extender belt, to accommodate a broader range of sizes. The belt can accommodate a size range of approximately 25”-45”. Other US brands typically market this size range as:

• Waist (where you’ll wear the belt for egg-retrieval injections): Size 2/XS - Size 22/XXL
• Hip (where you’ll wear the belt for embryo-transfer injections): Size 0/XXS - Size 14/XL.

Round-the-Clock Availability: Injections don't follow a 9-to-5 schedule. Our on-demand virtual support means help is available at the times you need it most—early mornings, evenings, or weekends.

Post-Transfer Protocol Support: After your embryo transfer, the injections aren't over—progesterone supplementation continues. We guide you through this critical phase with the same precision and care.

Intramuscular Injection Expertise: Progesterone injections are larger, more viscous, and require intramuscular administration. This is where our shot targets shine—they guide needle placement and angle for maximum comfort and accuracy, particularly for the challenging intramuscular shots.

Intrauterine insemination is a fertility treatment where carefully prepared sperm is placed directly into the uterus around the time of ovulation. While the procedure itself is quick, the injectable medications that prepare your body—including fertility stimulants and trigger shots—require precision, timing, and confidence.

Virtual Injection Guidance: Live video consultations with our fertility nurses to walk you through IUI medication preparation, injection technique, and timing. We provide step-by-step guidance on self-administering shots, whether you're new to injections or need support with specific medications.

At-Home Injection Administration: Prefer not to self-inject? Our nurses can visit your home to administer your IUI shots, ensuring perfect timing and reducing stress.

Precision Products: Our shot targets use medical-grade, non-toxic temporary tattoos to guide injection placement for intramuscular shots—particularly helpful for progesterone supplementation after insemination.
