FAQ

How much does in person injection support cost?

A single session, from 8am - 9pm Monday through Friday, is $200.

If you book 5+ sessions, price is discounted to $185/session.

Appointments after 9pm, nights, weekends, and holidays are subject to a $30 convenience fee.

Do you have nurses in my area?

We currently have nurses available in 15 major cities and that number is quickly growing. When you fill out a request form, we will quickly be able to let you know if we offer support in your area.

What can nurses help with?

Our nurses are here to provide personalized care in the key areas you need it most. From the early stages of unboxing your meds and training you on how to inject, to administering your injections for you or training a partner to feel confident - we're here to help. We support all injections (stims, PIO, trigger etc).

Can I trust your nurses?

Patient care is our #1 priority and that starts with the absolute best care providers. We are unique in that we exclusively employ fertility nurses with specialized training in fertility medicine. All our nurses are trained at the most reputable clinics and are put through a further Dandi training protocol.

What times are your nurses available?

We know injections can be stressful and we've worked hard to provide coverage across mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends and even holidays.

Can you come to a location other than my home?

For safety, security and optimal support - we focus on at-home injections. If there are specific circumstances in which you need support at another location, such as your office, let us know and we'll do our best to support.

What if you don't have a nurse in my area?

We also offer live injection support virtually! You'll be surprised how much personalized, step-by-step guidance from a fertility nurse can help, even over video call.

What's your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change! Up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled session time, you can always cancel and receive a full refund.

Because our nurses are blocking their calendar, within 48 hours, appointments cannot be canceled. But if something comes up, let us know and we'll do our best to help you reschedule.

If you have questions or need help cancelling your appointment, please reach out to injections@dandifertility.com.
