Return policy

We understand that plans can change and strive to make our returns process as easy as possible. Please note that we are only able to accept returns of products that are 100% unused, in original packaging and within a 30-day window from purchase date.

Use Checkout+ for free returns

We offer customers the option to add Free Returns at checkout for a small upfront fee, which covers return shipping so there are no additional label fees when returning an item. 

• • • Free Returns cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase and will not be included in store credit or refund amounts.
    • Return coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
    • If Free Returns was not selected at checkout, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Unused products only

We are only able to accept returns of products that are unused and in brand new condition, including the products, accessories, package inserts and box.

• • • Please ensure the Dandi box is placed inside of another box or mailer bag to preserve its condition.
    • Once return is received, we will inspect and promptly process a refund once the original item condition is confirmed. Customers who selected Free Returns at checkout will receive a refund for their full payment amount. Customers who did not select Free Returns will receive their full payment amount, less the cost of return shipping.

Package protection

Our Checkout+ option also includes Package Protection. If your item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, file a claim here.
